Two memberships.
Begin with your own condition, or entrust the household — your family and your parents — entire. Moving between the two is expected. Across both, we hold ten members at most.
Wellness Membership
From ¥5,000,000 per year (excl. tax)
Body Direction and Medical Liaison. What we arrange is limited to your own body and your medical care; the household and the family are not included.
- A director appointed to you (weekday hours)
- Wearable data and screening results held and read
- Personal training arranged, with regular visits
- Nutritional management by a registered dietitian
- Sleep environment and supplements selected and arranged
- The year of screenings and check-ups held and booked
- Options researched; specialists and second opinions arranged
- Aesthetic clinics and therapists arranged
Signature Membership
From ¥12,000,000 per year (excl. tax)
All of the above, plus the arrangements of daily life — travel, house, dining, occasions, wardrobe, education, pets — and the orchestration of your family and parents. Your director is reachable directly, at any hour.
- Everything in the Wellness Membership
- The Lifestyle Office — travel, house, dining, occasions, wardrobe, education, pets
- Your parents — appointments, household, care, transport, meals, checking-in, travel
- Your family — health, education, occasions, travel
- The year of screenings held for the family as well
- A direct line to your director, at any hour
- Arrangements abroad, including medical options
On the fee.
- Fees are annual and exclude tax. The figure is settled in conversation, according to your circumstances.
- Treatment fees, medical costs, travel and accommodation, goods and payments to external providers are not included in the membership fee and are charged separately. For a stay in Kyoto, say: the room and the travel are charged at cost; the finding and securing of them is covered by the membership.
- Such costs are confirmed with you before each arrangement is made. Nothing is incurred without your agreement.
- Membership follows an interview. We hold no more than ten members, and cannot take on more than that.
- We begin in central Tokyo (Azabu and the surrounding wards of Minato) and extend from there. For parents living elsewhere, please speak to us.

Begin with yourself, and move to Signature when your family’s or your parents’ circumstances change. We have designed for that path from the outset. Circumstances rarely give notice; it is enough to speak to us then.
