The desk is always one person.
Explaining your circumstances afresh each time the handler changes would make this work impossible. Your director is permanent. The specialists stand behind them.
Three tiers.
- 01One Desk
Your director
The permanent desk that holds your data and your records. The one who receives the request, reads the picture, and decides. Assignment to specialists, instructions to external partners, and the checking of quality all pass through this one person. You are never required to work out whom to ask.
- Receiving and directing every request
- Holding and reading your data and records
- Assigning specialists and partners; verifying quality
- Reporting, and proposing before you ask
- 02Beside You
The in-house team
The practitioners who carry out the work beside your director. Dietitians, physiotherapists, trainers, chefs, stylists. They are not separate engagements of yours; they move as one programme, through the director.
- Registered dietitians
- Physiotherapists and conditioning practitioners
- Personal trainers
- Chefs
- Stylists
- 03Beyond Us
The external network
Not insisting on doing everything in-house is itself a matter of quality. Medicine, education, travel, the house — in each field we connect you to people we are confident in. Introductions are made impartially, with no steering toward any particular party.
- Specialists and medical institutions
- Preventive and regenerative clinics
- Educators and tutors
- Travel and hospitality
- Craftspeople of the house
Finding and coordinating is the substance of the work.
Requests arrive that no existing relationship can answer. A craftsman who can repair this particular watch. A teacher strong on this particular examination. A groomer used to this particular breed. Each time, we go and find them.
Finding is not searching. It is forming a view, making the approach, going to meet where meeting is required, settling the terms, and declining on your behalf what ought to be declined — and then bringing you a shortlist.
This craft of finding and coordinating is what we define as the director’s central work.
We do not publish names.
You will find no names or photographs of our people on this page. Holding our members’ confidences, we do not think it right that we ourselves should be visible.
What we can tell you is the structure and the standard. The desk is permanent. The specialists move as one programme through the director. External introductions are impartial. These three do not change.
